The Nardozzi Tonielli law firm was founded in 1937 by the lawyer Leonardo Nardozzi, and has been managed for over forty years by his son Gino. He deals with Civil-Commercial Law, with particular regard to corporate matters and those of credit institutions and the para-banking financial system in general, lending his professional expertise mainly to institutional clients.
